Very satisfied with Starlight. We replaced about 15 thermos for our condos. Good communication, competitive quote, 10 year warranty on their panes (some use manufacturers with only a 5 year warranty). Efficient in taking measures, and in installing them. Very nice to deal with them. Recommended.

I don’t easily give out 5 star reviews, but when I do; it’s because you really stand out or go above and beyond and this is exactly how my experience with Starlight Glass was like.I recently placed an order for a glass banister for the inside of my home and because I was in the middle of selling my house, it was required as a “rush order”.Everyone at Starlight that I came into contact with was extremely kind, courteous, helpful and very accommodating. I dealt with everyone from their customer service, both of the owners, and their installer (Khalid was super nice!) and everyone was a real pleasure to work with.Nicole was a real sweetheart and she worked very hard to help me meet my rush order deadline and I couldn’t be any happier. Their pricing is also very very good!With the exception of a little misunderstanding in regards to the “timing” of certain things, I couldn’t be happier with my order and the glass looks amazing. I’ve been getting non stop compliments on it and it really changed the look of the home. If you can afford it, I highly suggest paying the small up charge for Super Clear (low iron) glass, it looks fantastic.Again, thank you to Nicole and her team for making this an awesome experience and I hope I find an opportunity to do business with you at some point in the future!

Vitrerie Starlight installed a glass wall and sliding door in my home office. The result is spectacular! I now have sunshine and a wonderful view whereas previously I had humdrum solid doors. The quote was very competitive and their service quick and responsive. After an initial visit from Ahmed for measurements and a discussion of exactly what I wanted, we booked an installation date. A great first time experience with Starlight. My interior designer recommended them, and she was spot on. Nicole, Ahmed, Jonathan, Shad and the rest of the team delivered not only first class service, but sage advice and top quality products and materials. My bathrooms are stunning and came out even better than I had anticipated. The team were even able to remove the mirror from an extra sliding panel and cut it to fit on a door to match the adjacent closet. I can now understand why they are rated so highly. Their pricing point is fair, and in some cases, actually below that of their competitors. Really, I wouldn't use anyone else for my glass or mirror requirements.

Nicole and her employee Jonothan at the Decarie location were both amazing during my visit! After setting an installation date, they called to tell me when they would arrive and they arrived on time. Nicole was particularly helpful as i a don't reside in Canada and i had an urgent replacement for a shower glass in one of my rental properties, Nicole was constantly updating me through whats app all along the process. What a lovely and beautiful experience I just had at Vitrerie Starlight.  I needed a 2 way mirror for cinematic purposes with a very tight deadline and not only did they have one on hand (one usually has to wait 10 to 14 business days to have it ordered),  they got it ready for me in 2 days!  What was even better than getting what I needed quickly, was the experience with everyone at Starlight ;  they were so easy to talk to and work with that it felt like I was with people I have known for years. They are very warm and welcoming, so much so that I was enjoying their company way after the transaction was done!  Ahmed, Nicole and Jonathan, thank you so very much for your time and dedication. Good service and attention to detail. I would recommend.Contacted them after one of the mirror in our apartment fell, damaging the toilet seat and sending broken glass all over the place. Thankfully nobody in the bathroom while it happened.They came quickly, took measures and as a bonus, reinforced the fixing in all other mirrors in the apartment.Excellent service, and the new mirror looks great.

Jonathan and the team are absolutely a dream to work with. I ordered a custom table top glass for a wood table. They were able to get the rounded corners right and measurements perfect. The glass is perfect and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Would recommend. A+

Very courteous over the phone, they set up an appointment, came by to measure, explained the installation (mirrors on a whole wall) and provided me with a quote. We signed the deal and just a few weeks later, as promised, they called to setup an appointment for installation. Finding reliable trades in this day and age is rare. The experience with Starlight was great from A to Z. I will be working with them again if needs arise in the future.

A professional team that delivers on all promises. We had installed a window in one property we are managing, and the team at Starlight really made it easy by working with the tenant to provide an excellent service. Final product was great as expected, but also the professional attitude during the job was the cherry on top. Nicole and her team did an excellent job in providing superior service in the sales process. Her follow up and attention to detail went above and beyond. Once my proposal was accepted an appointment was booked with Ahmed ( Nicole's business partner) for installation. All my bathroom shower glasses were installed meticulously and efficently . Usually I do not write reviews. I saw their showroom by coincidence being trapped on traffic on Decarie blvd. I stopped by the following day to inquiry about a window glass replacement and I ended up in redoing my bathrooms (showers, mirrors, shelves) and a few other custom pieces around the house. The lady at the showroom was very helpful and professional following up on everything from start to delivery. Their head installer is excellent and even though there was a critical problem during the installation due to walls and the floor not perfectly straight, he solved in a brilliant way the installation. I probably will go back also for my my office! I certainly recommend this glass company....you can see the passion for their job!
